Terms and Conditions

Soggy Dogz – Terms and conditions of booking (Fun Swims).

  1. Owners are responsible for their own dogs.

  2. Only 2 humans allowed in the pool at one time and a maximum of 4 people observing.

  3. Please ensure that all dogs are clean and have been brushed before their appointment.

  4. All dogs need to be on the lead until told they can be taken off for their own safety and safety of others.

  5. If you choose to swim with your dog, you do so at your own risk.

  6. Please maintain a distance from any other dogs when arriving or leaving.

  7. All dogs must be fully vaccinated.

  8. Please make sure you inform us beforehand of any dogs that are reactive towards humans or have a bite history.

  9. If your dog is a banned breed, please inform us when booking. Wherever possible we will accept your booking but as a condition or our insurance we need to confirm some details before being able to admit your dog.

  10. We have the right to post any photos and videos on social media or our website.

  11. All owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog.

  12. Soggy Dogz does not have dog toilet facilities.  Please ensure you give your dog a chance to go before arriving on site.

  13. Please ensure that you do not feed your dog for at least 2 hours before your appointment. If any dog fouls in the pool there will be a charge of £50.

  14. All dogs need to have trimmed nails to prevent any rips in the pool liner. Any dogs that have sharp, long claws may be refused entry.

  15. Dogs must not be pushed, shoved or thrown into the pool. Any person seen doing so will be asked to leave.

  16. We reserve the right to amend or change prices without prior warning.

  17. We reserve the right to cancel any sessions with a full refund/reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

  18. No smoking or vaping on site.

  19. Only one person on ladders or ramps at any time to prevent breakage.

  20. Please note that we have CCTV in operation for security and training purposes.

  21. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury to any person, animal or vehicle, however caused, whilst on our premises.

  22. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 1 week before your session. If you cannot attend, then the session can be rescheduled if at least 24 hours' notice is given. Please note that you will have to call/email to rearrange the scheduled appointment. All rescheduled appointments to be taken within a two-month period.

  23. By booking a fun swim session you are confirming that your dog is fit, healthy and has vet approval to undertake such activity. Any dogs found to have open wounds will not be able to swim.

  24. Your session includes time taken entering and exiting the pool. You and your dog must exit the pool swiftly at the end of your session to allow for access to the pool for the next session. It is advisable to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session.

  25. If booking an hour-long session, we might include a break as swimming can be very tiring for dogs.

  26. Any children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool. Children over 10 years may swim provided they are accompanied by an adult and entry is at your own risk. All under 16s must be able to stand with their head and shoulders above the waterline (pool depth is approx. 1.3m). They must be able to swim unaided. A responsible adult must accompany 16 - 18-year-olds on the premises.

  27. Payment must be made at time of booking.

  28. Please ensure that you wear sensible footwear as the ramp, steps and surrounding areas can become slippery.

  29. Owners are responsible for their dogs AT ALL TIMES.

  30. By confirming your booking with Soggy Dogz, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Please ensure all attending parties have read and agree to the terms and conditions prior to attending the session.
